Bulove Hell v2

Hey, long time no talk. Sorry for the dead air, but I'm back.
I'm going to be honest. I was working of a visual over hall, and didn't realize how much work re-doing all the visuals would be. That lead me to burn out, so I decided to take a short break, and then continue later. I then totally forgot about the project. The only reason I remembered it, was because someone gave me a tip, and that sent me an email alert, and I was like "Oh yeah..."
Anyways, no more graphical over halls. I did leave in the progress I made, so it wasn't for nothing. But, I'm back. Thank you to that person who tipped me.

Here are the changes:
Added a new hero "Blue", which has higher HP and Damage.
Graphical over hall.
Hero now only shields if there are bullets around her.
Added more perks.
The hero's shield now makes sound when it's being used.
You now have a shield. (It's only fair)

Fixes:
Stars now displaying correctly on the title screen.
Options button now pulls up the options menu.
Hero's shield no longer gets stuck if she dies while it's active.
Hero's shield now deduces the amount of damage she receives.
